2. Purpose
These terms govern the contracting of the services offered by SERGIO MOLINA LOPÉZ through this site, including appointment booking and the purchase of services and packs.
3. Prices and payment
The price of each service is shown next to its description and includes applicable taxes. Payment is made securely by card through the payment gateway at the time of booking, unless the service is set up to be paid at the premises.
4. Contracting process
The customer selects the service and an available date and time, provides their contact details and confirms the booking. After payment or confirmation they receive a receipt by email.
5. Cancellations and changes
Cancellations and changes are subject to availability and the establishment's policy. We recommend giving as much notice as possible.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to appointment services contracted for a specific date or performance period. Any cancellation is governed by the previous clause.
7. Data protection
The personal data provided is processed for the purpose of managing the booking and the customer relationship, and is not shared with third parties except where legally required or to process payment. Data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by contacting the details listed in section 1.
